Andrea Kinach

Andrea was first admitted to practice as a Solicitor in the United Kingdom in 2000.  She gained practical experience working in London, England, for two leading firms and more recently, in the General Counsel's Division of the UK Financial Services Authority, before moving to Jamaica and re-qualifying as an attorney-at-law in 2008.
 
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity College, University of Toronto as well as an LL.B (First Class), from the University of Kent, Canterbury, England where she received the Sweet & Maxwell Clive M. Schmitthoff Commercial Law Prize and a Faculty Award for the highest achievement in law examinations.

Andrea has contributed to the UK Financial Services Authority Handbook, Conduct of Business Sourcebook, Permitted Links (rules for linked long term life insurance business)  and to Halsbury's Laws of England and Wales, Admiralty Volume, Civil Procedure (edited by E.J.D. Hill)(contributor).
